Meditation and mindfulness – we know it’s good but how do we get ourselves to do it?

As mental health professionals we are all probably aware of the huge potential benefits of meditation and mindfulness, but actually practising meditation is, again probably, for most of us something we keep planning to do but very rarely ever get around to doing. Here is a brilliant, no nonsense, basic primer on beginning the practice of meditation with some links to other really good reading material.
